First, we need to check that the option to make purchases with Touch ID is enabled. If it is activated and does not work, disable it and re-enable it. Then restart the phone by holding the Home and Off buttons for ten seconds. Once this has been done, the problem should be solved.

Nowadays, there are many apps that, with a given operating system, often don't work properly. Well, with iOS 10 there are apps that close automatically as soon as you open them. For this to work, we have to make sure that the application is compatible with our operating system, in our case; iOS.
