Uses the volume slider in the settings application
Aunque los botones de volumen de tu iPhone no funcionen, siempre puedes ajustar el volumen del timbre en la aplicación Ajustes. Ve a Settings -> Sounds and Haptics. To adjust the ringer volume, use a finger to drag the slider.
The further to the left you drag the slider, the quieter your iPhone will sound. The further to the right you drag the slider, the louder it will sound. When you drag the slider, a pop-up window will appear in the center of the screen to inform you that the ringer volume has been adjusted.

If your volume buttons are stuck and you can't fix your iPhone soon, you can use AssistiveTouch. AssistiveTouch puts a virtual button on your iPhone screen that has many of the same functions as the physical buttons.
To activate AssistiveTouch, go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Touch -> AssistiveTouch. Activate the switch next to AssistiveTouch and the virtual button will appear.
To use AssistiveTouch as a volume button, touch the virtual button and select Device. You will see an option to adjust the volume up or down, just as you can do with the functional volume buttons.
